I Can't Log In To My Academy Account

You should have received an email with your login details after signing up for classes with Erickson. If you did not receive this email, please submit a support request by clicking the "Submit A Request" link at the top of this page, or by clicking here: Submit Request.

Can't Log In?

If you are having trouble logging in, here are a few things to check;

  1. Are you using the correct email address? If you have different work and personal email addresses, you may be trying to login with the wrong email.
  2. Did you enter the password correctly? Make sure that you are using the correct password. If it's your first time logging in, a temporary password was provided to you in the welcome email. This password is case-sensitive, which means that you have to enter it exactly as you see it along with capital and small letters.
  3. Did you try resetting your password? If the username and passwords you entered do not work, you may need to reset your password. Click the "Retrieve Login" link and the system will send you an email to reset your password. You can also click here for password resets: Retrieve Login 
  4. Do you have an account? You may not have an account, or your account has been suspended. Please contact support for further assistance.
