If you are having trouble uploading your EPC documents, here are a few troubleshooting tips;
- Have you enrolled for access to the EPC Submission room? If not, you can find instructions on how to enrol here: Enrol To EPC Submission Room
If you don't enrol, it may appear that you have access, but you will not be able to upload any documents.
- Did you click "Save" after uploading? Make sure to click the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the screen after the files uploaded. Even if the documents have uploaded, if you don't click "Save changes" before closing the window or navigating to a different page, your submissions will be lost.
- Did you wait for the uploads to complete? If you clicked "Save changes" or closed the browser window before the uploads finished, your submission will be lost. Make sure you wait until the uploads have finished, then click "Save Changes" before leaving.
